Andromachi Athanasopoulou is an Assistant Professor in Organisational Behaviour at the School of Business and Management, Queen Mary University of London and an Associate Fellow-Executive Education at the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford. Previously, Andromachi was a Research Fellow at the Edmond J. Safra Center for Ethics at Harvard University. Andromachi is an internationally recognised expert in leadership and leadership development (CEO careers, female leadership and executive coaching) as well as responsibility and ethics. She has received several international awards by the Academy of Management in the US and the British Academy of Management. She has published peer-reviewed articles at leading management journals and an Oxford University Press book on executive coaching. A study on global CEOs’ careers, that she co-authored, was presented at the 2015 World Economic Forum at Davos. Andromachi has been interviewed and her research has been mentioned by international media (BBC World, CNN Money, Forbes etc). She holds a first degree in Business Administration from the Athens University of Economics and Business and an MBA, MSc in Management Research and a Doctorate from the Saïd Business School, University of Oxford.
