Professor Iordanis Ladopoulos
Mr Ladopoulos is a professor at the Department of Business Administration, Athens University of Economics & Business. He holds a Bachelor Degree in Business Administration from the University of Piraeus. He continued his studies at the Ludwig – Maximilianus – Universität in Germany where he was awarded a PhD. In 1985 he was a visitor at the London Business School and Sloan Management School at MIT USA where he painstakingly studied development programmes of senior executives in large organisations.  

His whole educational and research activity was developed through the Managerial and Entrepreneurial Thinking Events that took place at AUEB for 33 years with the close cooperation of many prominent organisations.

By taking into consideration the industries’ needs for a competent workforce, he designed and developed the concept of “Management by”: Leadership, Group Dynamics, Motivation, Change, Chaos, Innovation, Conflicts, Ethics and Social Responsibility. This educational programme is aimed at imbuing and cultivating the necessary skills that a trainee needs to succeed in an organisation.  

More specifically the following educational programmes were developed:

1) Argonauts’ Expedition
2) The Olympians
3) The Hercules
4) Hermes Kerdoos I
5) Hermes Kerdoos II
6) Summer Open University

ORGANISER

The Organizer of the Panorama event is the Research Centre for Strategic Business Administration and Entrepreneurship, which is a non-profit, private law entity.
