Byron is the founder, CEO and major shareholder of PEOPLECERT and he is actively involved in the PEOPLECERT Commercial Division. Prior to PEOPLECERT, he was a self-made entrepreneur and established a number of successful business ventures across a range of industries and sectors. He previously served as the International Vice President for Merrill Lynch from October 1987 to July 1992, were he was a member of the Top Performers club throughout his tenure and ranked No. 1 in global sales performance in 1991.
Byron has held several board positions, including ECDL Foundation for 15 years, Arrow Investment Fund for 3 years and Council of European Professionals’ Informatics Societies (CEPIS), currently serving as President, elected from 33 Computer Societies of Europe. The Presidency of CEPIS is one of the most influential positions on IT Professionalism and IT Policy in Europe.
Byron holds a BA in Business Administration from Bosphorus University and an MBA from University of La Verne.
