Konstantinos Rokas is a polymath with expertise that spans the law, economics, computer science and mathematics.
Dr. Rokas is a licensed US attorney, admitted to practice in the state of New York, the state of New Jersey and the US district court for the district of New Jersey. He is a member of the American Immigration Lawyer’s Association, the American Bar Association and has served as managing editor of the Georgetown Immigration Law Journal. His practice has focused on US immigration and US tax law.
Dr. Rokas is also a maven in legal knowledge engineering, that is, developing rule-based systems that interpret laws and generate documents in an automated fashion. He has worked as a contractor for the IRS, the US Census, the State of Massachusetts and other agencies and is an experienced computer programer.
Dr Rokas has a bachelor of science in electrical engineering, mathematics and economics from Yale University (magna cum laude), a master and a Ph.D. degree in economics from Princeton University and a J.D. degree from the Georgetown University Law Center.
