Katerina Tseva is Upstream’s Talent Acquisition and Development Manager. Katerina joined Upstream in 2015 and is responsible for a variety of HR projects across the globe. She holds a Bachelor Degree in Public Administration from Panteion University and a Master Degree in Social & Organizational Phycology.

Katerina is a hands-on HR professional, with 16 years of experience in successfully implementing HR practices in major companies like Microsoft S.A and Eurobank EFG. She has a strong track-record in strong culture formation, recruitment management, talent development and retention, competency assessment, as well as handling organizational change.
