Christina became a member of Grant Thornton team in October 2019. She is fully responsible for recruitment and selection process. Her role includes conducting competency-based interviews, active and passive candidate sourcing as well as developing a pool of qualified candidates in advance. Christina is providing high level and strategic resourcing of candidates and became familiar with the recruiting processes.
